Ingredients:
2-3 tsp matcha
2 oz hot water (175°F/80°C)
200 ml milk of choice
Instructions:
Mix matcha and warm water using a traditional bamboo whisk or electric frother
Whisk until smooth with no clumps
Add to steamed milk
Sweeten to taste (we recommend natural syrups)
