Refund and Return Policy

Our return and refund policy covers a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. If it has been more than 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in the original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food (including matcha and tea products), flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process your return, we'll need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and examine your returned item, you'll receive an email confirming its arrival. This email will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund, please take the following steps: 

1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn't been processed.

2. Get in touch with your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially reflected in your account.

3. Contact your bank, as there's typically some processing time involved in refund transactions.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.​​

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us here. We'll provide you with additional instructions to facilitate the exchange process.

Shipping Returns

To initiate the return of your product, please reach out to us here. We'll furnish you with instructions on the shipping details.

Kindly note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.

For higher-value items, it's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or opt for shipping insurance when returning. While we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item, these precautions can provide additional security.
